Stakeholder Liaison Manager
Brown & May Marine Ltd are looking to employ an experienced stakeholder manager to liaise and negotiate with marine stakeholders for a range of offshore energy developments. The role will involve planning, implementing, maintaining and managing liaison with a range of stakeholders. These will include commercial fishermen, recreational sea anglers, charter boat operators and other sea users. In addition to general liaison, the work will include information gathering and analysis, negotiating cooperation arrangements and conflict resolution, as appropriate.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of an established team with a long-standing reputation of over 35 years in the field. A minimum of five years demonstrable work experience in stakeholder liaison and engagement is required, as well as an interest in the marine environment. Previous experience working with marine stakeholders would be an advantage but it is not essential.
The company’s main office is located in Eye, Suffolk and operates a home/office system of hybrid working as well as an established company presence in Scotland. Depending upon applicant location, remote working will also be considered. The work will involve a degree of travel within the UK and Europe.
