Role: Fisheries Liaison Consultant

Brown & May Marine Limited has over 30 years' experience in the provision of fisheries and marine environmental consultancy services to the offshore industry across Europe. Our work is focused on developing solutions to minimise potential conflicts and interactions between commercial fishing, fisheries resources and offshore developments and activities.

We are currently looking for a marine environmental consultant to meet our increasing workload from existing and new clients in the offshore wind, subsea cables and oil and gas sector in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will work as part of a team, supporting our senior consultants on a wide range of projects. The role will be primarily focused on the provision of support to the company’s commercial fisheries liaison team and may require travel within the UK and potentially in Europe, particularly in France. There may also be opportunities for participation in offshore fisheries surveys.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Senior consultants within the company, and take responsibility for projects as your experience increases.
